Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Timeogram collects and uses information for account creation, photo posting, competitions, voting, moderation, notifications, safety, and fraud control.

Information We Collect

We may collect username, display name, email, login provider, profile photo, bio, user category, date of birth, calculated age, adult eligibility status, Terms acceptance, device ID or device hash, notification token, uploaded photos, captions, comments, votes, tracking relationships, reports, and competition participation history.

Age and Eligibility

Timeogram competitions are available only to users aged 18 years and above. Date of birth is used to calculate age and confirm adult eligibility.

What We Do Not Collect During Registration

We do not collect Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, payout details, or residential address during normal registration. Winner identity verification and payout details should only be requested if a user becomes eligible for prize money.

How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate users, show profiles and photo feeds, run competitions, prevent duplicate voting, detect suspicious activity, send notifications, moderate content, publish winners, maintain Hall of Fame records, provide support, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Sharing and Public Visibility

Public profile information, uploaded public photos, captions, public counts, competition entries, battles, and winner details may be visible to other users. Sponsors may be shown with competitions and winner publications.

We do not sell personal data. Firebase and Google Cloud services may process data as backend infrastructure and service providers. User-initiated sharing may occur when users share links to third-party platforms.

Data Protection

Timeogram uses Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Firebase Storage, Cloud Functions, and security rules to protect user data. Data is transmitted over secure connections where supported by Firebase and Google Cloud services.

Your Choices

You can edit your profile, delete eligible regular posts, and use account deletion where available. Some competition and winner records may be retained where required for fraud control, audit, legal, or competition integrity.

Children

Timeogram competitions are not intended for users below 18. Users below 18 cannot complete competition registration.
